A parable in the Bible describes the mustard seed as the smallest of all seeds. Yet when planted this seemingly weak and insignificant seed becomes the largest of all trees providing shelter for birds. 

The principle: To make a real difference we must plant seeds with the right DNA even if they seem insignificant.
