Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a web-based application developed by Vanderbilt University to capture data for clinical research and create databases and projects. Bush Angels will utlize REDCap to capture data to monitor the effectiveness of our work and for reporting to donors. We will also conduct our own research into issues impacting on the health of rural communities in PNG. While the REDCap app is free to not-for-profit organisations like ours there are costs involved paying for a cloud server required to run the app and store data. This gift helps pay for the cloud server so that we can collect data and do small-scale research to help us save more lives.
